  Hello! I am thrilled to introduce myself. People who shop in my store are always eager to ask, “Are you the owner? Are you ‘Julie’?” They experience a magical moment when they hear my joyful reply, “Yes, I am Julie!”
It is so nice to work directly with shoppers, and I know they thoroughly enjoy dealing directly with the owner. With such a fast-paced world, it’s comforting to experience that personal touch that can only be found in small businesses and people still appreciate that. I enjoy providing that quality service and seeing the enjoyment of clientele who receive it.
From a very young age, I’ve always wanted to ‘run my own show.’ I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising with thirty five years invested in the industry. For many years, I worked hard for others until I decided to take the leap into owning my own business. I took all of the knowledge, contacts, and expertise that I had gained from my past employers and I realized the unique gifts that I possessed were perfectly suited for a store of my very own. I have had lots of help along the way from loyal and loving friends and family.
 When I opened my door to customers in 1997 my first shop was small, but it had that touch of personality that made a small space on the Dockside Boardwalk soon grow into a very large space with loyal clientele and a reputation for unique and fine jewelry, fashions, and gifts! In 2006, I moved over to my current location at 643 Fifth Avenue South. More than ten years from opening my doors, I still strive to provide a selection of unique, special and beautiful products in jewelry, apparel and accessories. After all, that is what the boutique shopping experience is all about! I continue to travel to some of the most exciting sources in fashion retail to acquire new, different, and exciting items that are ever-changing and fun to find!
